Return Policy

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1. You can return products for any reasons up to ten (10) days after receiving your order. Returns are not accepted for a discounted item(s). Seals on item(s) have to remain intact and untouched, broken seals render item(s) unreturnable.

5.2. Hollaysnaturells will Not bear the cost of return.

5.3. Before making a return, please send an email to our Customer Service Department at customercare@hollaysnaturells.com within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Include your order number and the reason you want to return the ordered item(s). A Customer Service representative will reply to your message and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number, (RMA).

5.4. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be accompanied by a copy of the Order Summary & Invoice. We must receive the item(s) within ten (10) calendar days after the RMA number is issued. If the merchandise is not delivered to our warehouse within the authorized time period, the RMA will be canceled.

5.5. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a credit memo email. Thereafter, You will then receive your refund within two (2) to five (5) working days. We will refund the amount paid, the refund will not include any delivery cost you have paid. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used during the time of purchase.
